The source of the physician data is the Center for Health Workforce Studies and the source of the HPSA data is the Health Resources and Services Administration Data Warehouse. This page will be updated as more Chartbooks are produced. The data is not the baseline data for valuation, but can provide a rough proxy for the DSRIP performance and reporting metrics.
